Financial Policy 
Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at 918.492.3003 to review your concerns. Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment. To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options: A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $200 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented or at least 7 days in advance of scheduling the appointment. Major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted in our office. We also offer financing through CareCredit. New Patient Offer To acquaint you with our office we are offering new patients $25.00 CASH off their first visit! Schedule an appointment and mention it to our front desk team, at the time of your visit, and you will receive your cash gift at that time. How Old Is Your Toothbrush? Replace your toothbrush every 3 or 4 months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. A worn toothbrush won't do a good job of cleaning your teeth. It's also a good idea to discard your toothbrush after getting over a cold or flu. A Healthy Diet Makes a Healthy Smile! For healthy teeth and gums, eat a balanced diet and limit between-meal snacks. Go easy on sugary treats! |
